Thermocromatic color-change band verifies that proper sanitizing temperature was reached during dish washing operation. Strip can then be signed, dated and saved in a dishwasher temperature log. Complies with the FDA minimum required temperatures for washed surfaces. Accurate to +/- 2°F. 160°F / 71°C test strips. 25 strips per pack.
